The Office has a current staff compliment of 258. This is Composed of 218 Auditors and 40 Support personnel.
The members of staff are deployed in Four Division, namely:
- Division 1
- Division 2
- Division 3
- Division 4
Each Division is headed by a Deputy Auditor General.
Division 1
Division 1 is lead by Deputy Auditor General 1 (DAG1), Mrs N. Magadza. The division is responsible for carrying out Ministerial Appropriation Audits and also for carrying out Value for Money Audits. Four directorates fall under her wing, each directorate is headed by a director of audits.
Division 2
This division is led by Acting Deputy Auditor General 2 (A/DAG2), Mr R. Mukahanana. The division is responsible for carrying out IT Audits and also Ministerial Appropriation Audits. Division 2 is also responsible for carrying out trainings to equip the OAG Personnel with current trends, skills, topical issues pertaining to Auditing. Four directorates fall under his wing, each directorate is headed by a director of audits.
Division 3
The division is led by Acting Deputy Auditor General 3 (A/DAG3), Ms. F. Manyangadze. The main responsibility of the division is to carry out audits for all state enterprises, parastatals and Local Authorities. Three directorates fall under her under her wing, each directorate is headed by a director of audits.
Division 4
The division is led by Deputy Auditor General 4 (DAG4), Mr. B. Mukwenga. The division is responsible for Administration, Human Resources and Finance.
